Mail Assistant is a personal tool operated by Jonas Haouzi for his own mailboxes only.
With the account owner's consent, the app reads, labels, archives and drafts email messages in the connected Gmail accounts, using the gmail.modify scope.
Email content is processed only to provide the owner's own features: sorting, labelling, search and reply drafts. To do so, relevant message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. It is not used to train AI models, not used for advertising, and not sold.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on a server controlled by the owner. Email content is not stored by the app beyond what is needed to process a request, apart from the owner's own labels and drafts inside Gmail.
Data is not shared with any third party other than the AI processing described above.
The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which invalidates the stored tokens.
